The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) provides teachers, students and parents the opportunity to explore how to use energy responsibly with the Power to Save Texas School Program. In this program, students will learn about electricity and valuable ways to save energy and money through in-class presentations, digital education content, teacher-led activities and school contests.

The Power to Save Texas School Program is provided to Texas area schools at no cost to the teachers, students, or their families. The program is written for teachers, by teachers, and strongly supports Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS).
